These terms govern your access to and use of Zenith Mind's website and services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Zenith Mind connects participants with facilitators and communities offering mindfulness-related events and spaces. Features may change as we develop the product. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Accounts and conduct

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the platform: no harassment, illegal activity, impersonation, scraping that harms the service, or attempts to circumvent security or access controls.

Facilitators and communities

Facilitators are responsible for their events, spaces, and how they interact with participants. Zenith Mind provides infrastructure; it does not replace professional judgment, licensing requirements, or local regulations that apply to your practice.

Content

You retain rights to content you post. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You represent that you have the right to share what you upload.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Zenith Mind is not a medical or therapeutic provider; use of the platform is not a substitute for professional care where that is needed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zenith Mind and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Changes and termination

We may modify these terms or the service. We will post updates here and, for material changes, try to give reasonable notice. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for operational reasons.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
